Material Description:

Incoloy 825 (UNS N08825) is a nickel-iron-chrome austenitic alloy with added molybdenum, copper, and titanium. Special corrosion resistance in oxidizing and reducing environments.
Compared with ordinary austenitic stainless steel, nickel in alloy 825 makes it resistant to chloride stress corrosion, and molybdenum and copper make it have relatively strong corrosion resistance in a reducing environment.

4. 100% Hydrostatic Test or 100% NON-DESTRUCTIVE Test (ET or UT)
5. Radiographic Test for Welded Pipe (shall be accordance with specification,or shall be as agreed upon between the purchaser and vendor)
6. Straightness Test (optional)

8. Intergranular Corrosion Test(optional)
9. Impact Test (optional)
